Privacy and cookies

Last updated 25 October 2026.

Pre-launch notice: Blackstone Executive Travel is conducting market research. Submitting an expression of interest does not reserve a journey, confirm availability, create a booking or require payment.

Who is responsible for your information

Blackstone Executive Travel is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. For privacy questions or requests, email bookings@blackstonecars.co.uk or call 01277 564777.

Information we collect

When you register pre-launch interest, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, broad journey requirements, contact permission, submission time, enquiry reference and advertising attribution such as UTM values or a Google click identifier. Please do not provide payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use it

Contact based on your submitted permission relies on your consent. Necessary security, record-management and fraud-prevention activity relies on our legitimate interests in operating a secure pre-launch research process. You may withdraw contact permission at any time.

Who processes it

Hostinger provides website hosting, enquiry storage and email services. Google may process advertising click and conversion attribution when a Google Ads campaign is used. We do not require Zoho CRM for this pilot. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Pre-launch enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months from submission and are then deleted or anonymised unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is required by law. Short-term security logs may be retained separately only as necessary to protect the website.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw contact permission. Email bookings@blackstonecars.co.uk and include your enquiry reference where available.

You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Visit the Information Commissioner’s complaint page.

Cookies and analytics

Essential browser storage may be used for site operation and to remember choices. Optional analytics should load only after you accept analytics. You may decline optional analytics without preventing an expression of interest.

Changes

We may update this notice as the pre-launch service and its processors change. The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.
